Brandon DuBois
Founder & Partner
Brandon DuBois is a creative strategist and the founder of DuBois Company, a firm focused on strategic communications, competitive intelligence, and business/nonprofit management. With more than a decade of experience, Brandon blends creativity with practical insight to help clients navigate complex challenges and tell their stories effectively.
He holds a degree in Political Science from Auburn University and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional, credentialed by the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance. He is an engaged member of the Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals and the American Association of Political Consultants, reflecting his ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of the field.
Brandon began his career managing day-to-day operations for a portfolio of restaurants owned by an investment company, where he oversaw hundreds of employees and was responsible for operational budgets, logistics, and team performance. In that fast-paced environment, he developed a sharp eye for systems thinking, resource management, and motivating diverse teams—skills that would later prove invaluable in a very different arena: political strategy.
Building on this foundation, Brandon transitioned into the world of public affairs, where the complexity of campaigns, coalitions, and legislative initiatives demanded the same level of precision, adaptability, and leadership. What began in the private sector as operational oversight evolved into strategic advising for political campaigns, policy development, and organizational growth at the local, state, and national levels.
He has also partnered with former U.S. intelligence professionals on international investigations—projects that sharpened his ability to assess risk, synthesize intelligence, and approach strategy with clarity and precision.
Brandon lives in Birmingham, Alabama, with his incredible wife, Isabela, and their two beautiful daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys the arts and finds inspiration in the creative process, both professionally and personally.
