Terms & Privacy
DuBois Company LLC (“DuBois”, “we”, “us”) operates duboiscompany.com. This page explains what the site collects and how we handle it.
Information you send us
The contact form collects your name, email address, and message. The careers form collects your name, email address, and resume. We use this information to respond to you and to consider your application. Nothing else. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the site’s infrastructure: email delivery, file storage, and hosting.
Analytics
We count page views two ways, and neither one puts anything on your device. Vercel Web Analytics records visits with no identifier at all. Google Analytics runs with storage consent switched off, which means it reports the page you looked at without writing a cookie or recognising you on a later visit.
Because nothing is stored, there is nothing here to opt out of, which is why this site shows you no cookie banner. Google does receive the fact of the visit. If that matters to you, a browser-level blocker will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.
Retention
We keep submissions and resumes as long as they are useful for responding or hiring, and delete them on request. To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it removed, write to us through the contact page.
Applications
A resume you send through the careers form reaches our hiring inbox and a private file store that only we can read. It is never published and never indexed, and we give it to nobody beyond the providers named above who deliver our mail and hold our files.
One detail worth stating plainly, because most sites leave it out. Your file uploads to a holding area first, at a one-time address that only your browser is given. We move it somewhere private as soon as we have it, and delete the holding copy immediately. If you pick a file and then close the tab, the copy left behind is deleted within a day.
The stored copy is deleted automatically six months after it arrives. The copy in our inbox stays until we remove it. Ask us and we will delete both, wherever they are.
We do not text applicants, and we run no text-messaging programme of any kind.
Effective July 2026.
Questions about any of this reach a person, not a queue.
